Nearly 100 years ago 9 young men started DeMolay with the help Frank S. Land. We have seen much change over that time. Dad Land had a vision of the organization and a specific purpose, what do you believe the vision of DeMolay will be over the next 100 years?  Cast that vision forward for the next 100 years and write a vision statement on what you think DeMolay should become in the future. What would it require in order to achieve that vision?
