Please use this form to nominate someone you believe to be worthy of being inducted into the Michigan DeMolay Hall of Fame. Nominees need not be Senior DeMolay’s, however, they should have had an active role within the organization. If the nominee is deceased, please use the closest living relative for contact information.
Nominations should be submitted by July 1st.

June 10 is the deadline for nominations for The Michigan DeMolay Hall of Fame. The honorees will be announced with the DeMolay Honors.
To make a nomination, the committee need must have, by the deadline, the name of the nominee, the chapter, and a one page summary as to the why the nominee should be a member of the Hall of Fame.
The nomination should be sent to Dad Brian Lambka via email to [email protected] and must received by JUNE 10, 2013.
