Since the deadline (December 1st) for Winterfest registration is quickly approaching let’s give you some incentive to turn in your forms on time. Here is what we are doing at Winterfest.

First, let’s remind everyone of what has already been released:

• Barbequed hot chocolate – you will have to experience it to believe it.
• Comic Con theme – who doesn’t love dressing up and having fun?
• Mario Kart – Tricycles driven around a course in the hotel, it is a little hard to power slide without an A button though.
• There will be a Magician and DJ for the different night’s entertainment.
• There will be a 24-hour “Nerd Room” that will have multiple video games set up and constant nerd movies playing

Now for some of the stuff you might not already know:

• For indoor games we are having corn toss, gigantic duck goose, Life size DeMolayopoly, ninja, Apples to Apples, and much more.
• There will be a scavenger hunt and a “who done it”.
• After the magician there will be karaoke.
• There will be a Nerf war and Flashlight tag Saturday night.
• We will have a Muggle Quidditch tournament and a sled obstacle race for outdoor game competitions.
• For the some of the older visitors there will be a shopping outing at some of the local malls, a Zumba Class, and a Bingo tournament.
• Instead of a pie toss there will be a Jello toss at our SMC and some of the other leaders of masonic organizations, so bring some extra money.
• There will be tons of prizes there.

So remember to turn in your Winterfest forms by December 1st and you will get to experience all of this amazing stuff as well as a free t-shirt!
